excellent sea view varied selection friendly staff expensive water adequate service penny-pinching policy
this hotel met my expectations. the room on the first floor had an excellent sea view. it also had lots of closet and storage space! the breakfast buffet offered varied selections. the coffee was continuously topped up.
the hotel didn't supply daily water. i had to request and pay for it at €4 per liter. housekeeping in the rooms was adequate, but not true 5-star quality. it seemed like a penny-pinching policy.

noisy activities expensive water
The location was acceptable. It was directly on the beach.
the hotel charged for water bottles after the first complimentary one (penny-pinching in my opinion). the noise from the neighboring hotel's daytime activities was too loud. it ruined the peace on the rooftop plunge pool.

i had a superior double room ground floor. my room included a mini-bar and a safe. the hotel featured a large outdoor pool.. it also had a restaurant with diverse menu options.
the gym had limited equipment.

fantastic stay at a beautiful location
attentive staff hotel facilities sandy beach
The staff were attentive. I appreciate that they provided access to the facilities of two adjoining hotels. my partner enjoyed the gym. i also had a very well-cooked steak at the coal restaurant. I would happily revisit. the hotel is right next to a sandy beach and the shoreline footpath, perfect for walks after breakfast, and i cannot recommend the hotel enough.
I found that the hotel charges for bottled drinking water. It was like ridiculous penny-pinching. it is unusual for a hotel of this caliber. the experience was less relaxing due to this unexpected cost. i believe complimentary water should be a standard amenity.

the staff offered excellent service and were constantly available. they addressed all my needs promptly. i was impressed with their friendliness and dedication to. they were really nice.

the breakfast had plenty of excellent choices. the staff remembered me even after a couple of years. the food quality was high and very flavorful. the staff was attentive.

The hotel location is ideal. the grounds are beautiful with lush planting. i listened to the sound of the waves every night. the private plunge pool on the roof was fine. the car park was useful too.
